Demeure des Payratons was restored as a place where hospitality feels personal, design feels collected, and the garden remains the house clock.

The rooms are intentionally few. Materials are chosen for touch and age: iron, linen, limestone, timber, garden greens, and the deep wine shade used in the old salon.

The result is not a formal hotel in the city sense. It is a private country house with careful service, seasonal food, useful comfort, and enough quiet for guests to hear themselves think again.
